A whom-pah is a two-way transportation facility that allows for immediate teleportation between fixed points located on Rubi-Ka's surface and in Jobe. Whom-pahs are present in most major cities and outposts.
In essence, the whom-pah system breaks an individual down at the cellular level, transporting them instantly to another location on-planet, and rebuilding their body. Urban myths say the name is derived from the sound the whom-pah makes.
The Clan portion of the whom-pah network connects ten locations marked by orange signs. These locations are connected to the rest of the network by the route between Tir and ICC HQ, and the route between Old Athen and Jobe. Characters on any side may use these whom-pahs, but most of these locations are guarded by high level Clan guards who will attack Omni-Tek characters.
