To create this armor

1) Acquire a full set of armor using any combination of peaces from Steel-Ribbed ArmorFile:22080.png Nadir Steel-Ribbed ArmorFile:85666.png or Obtru Steel-Ribbed ArmorFile:85664.png

2) Hack each peace of armor using Hacker Tools (6 B&E * QL) or Lock Pick of Eight File:216380.png (4 B&E * QL).

3) Combine an Omnifier File:208312.png to each hacked peace of armor.

Omni-Tek Steel-Ribbed armor cannot be worn by neutrals, unlike its clan equivalent, Apocalypse Leather.
