Heal delta and nano delta recover a character's health and nano at regular intervals.
Heal and nano deltas begin slow for new characters, but become reasonably effective in the endgame. Their effectiveness is a function of two variables: a tick rate, which is the interval between ticks, and the regeneration amount given with each tick.
Tick rate[]
Tick rate is the more important value of the two. It can be reduced to as low as 2 seconds while standing by improving a character's abilities. The heal delta interval is a function of a character's stamina. The nano delta interval is a function of a character's psychic.

- Nano delta tickrate = 28 − Psy⁄30
Regeneration amounts[]
Every breed has a base heal and nano delta value.
Breed | Nanodelta | Healdelta |
Atrox | 2 | 4 |
Solitus | 3 | 3 |
Opifex | 3 | 3 |
Nanomage | 4 | 2 |
The amount restored per tick can be buffed directly.
Each 100 points of Body Development give an additional point of health regeneration per tick. Each 100 points of Nano Pool give an additional point of nano regeneration per tick.
- Health regeneration amount = Racial Healdelta basevalue + BodyDev⁄100 + items and buffs
- Nano regeneration amount = Racial Nanodelta basevalue + NanoPool⁄100 + items and buffs
Sitting[]
You gain 1.5 times the amount of Health regeneration from the Body Dev bonus (explained below) sitting down.
You gain 1.5 times the amount of Nano regeneration from the Nano Pool bonus (explained below) sitting down.
When you sit down, the tick rate/frequency for Healdelta is also increased by 1 second (i.e. a 2 second tick becomes 1, a 22 second tick becomes 21). Nanodelta only gets an increased tick amount based on your Nano Pool skill but ticks just as fast.
